Cabinetry and countertops are only part of the project. Depending on your scope, a renovation can involve demolition, electrical or plumbing changes, preparation, installation sequencing, and inspections.
The written proposal should identify what is included, which allowances apply, and what needs further evaluation. Discuss access, protection of adjacent rooms, appliance availability, and how you will use your home during construction.

That can be part of the discussion if the current layout meets your needs. We evaluate the requested changes and existing conditions before defining the work.
What determines the cost?
The amount of work, cabinet and finish selections, layout changes, utility work, and existing conditions all affect the scope. A consultation and written estimate are more useful than a generic price that assumes a different kitchen.
Can the kitchen be part of a larger renovation?
Yes. Discuss connected rooms and other priorities early so the scopes can be considered together. Tell us about all the areas you are considering during your consultation.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Photos of your current space, the main problems you want to solve, inspiration images, your anticipated investment, and preferred timing are useful starting points. You do not need every finish chosen.
