Thomas Marino is also a licensed insurance adjuster. He brings that experience to evaluating roof concerns, identifying signs of possible storm damage, and documenting the findings so homeowners can make an informed decision about whether to pursue an insurance claim.
Our approach starts with the condition of your roof and the available evidence. We do not recommend filing a claim simply because a storm passed through the area. We look for documented damage and a factual basis for considering a storm-related claim, and explain what the findings do—and do not—support.
